A well-established residential property business based near East Oxford are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Lettings Administrator to join its busy team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of rental properties, ensuring a smooth experience for landlords, tenants and contractors alike. This position would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing tenancy administration and associated paperwork
Coordinating property inspections, check-ins and check-outs
Responding to enquiries by phone, email and in person
Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers
Organising maintenance works and monitoring progress
Maintaining accurate property records and compliance documentation
Processing rental payments and updating internal systems
Supporting the wider office team with general administration duties
About you:
Previous experience in lettings, property administration or customer service preferred but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
