What we’re looking for: •QTS/QTLS or a strong ECT with SEND experience. •Previous work in a special school or with children with complex SEND is highly desirable. •Excellent understanding of early years development, communication needs and sensory-based teaching approaches. •A reflective, patient and nurturing practitioner with strong collaboration skills. •Someone committed to holistic, child-centred education.
