Due to continued growth, the business is now seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its dynamic and fast-paced environment. You'll play a critical role in supporting the full HR lifecycle-from onboarding to compliance-while contributing to the ongoing evolution of best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Advisor, you will:
Deliver comprehensive administrative and advisory support across all HR functions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and employee records
Act as a trusted point of contact for employee and manager HR queries, ensuring prompt and professional responses
Support probation reviews, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Ensure all HR compliance and legal documentation is complete and audit-ready
Coordinate and assist with recruitment activities, including issuing offer letters and contracts
Prepare reference letters and manage exit documentation
Review and update HR policies to remain compliant with the latest legislation
Monitor shared inboxes and ensure documentation aligns with internal quality management systems
Provide managers with relevant templates and guidance as needed
Support ad hoc projects, including compliance audits and data reporting
Stay informed of current HR trends and legislation to enhance internal practices
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' generalist HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or commercial environment
Strong HR administration and documentation management skills
Confident managing recruitment processes end-to-end
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with a high level of professionalism
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Discreet, trustworthy, and confident working autonomously
Positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative team player
