A highly regarded London law firm is looking to appoint a Non-Contentious Construction Associate or Senior Associate to join its established and highly-ranked Construction team.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a UK-qualified solicitor with strong private practice experience who is seeking a role focused exclusively on non-contentious construction matters, with a particular emphasis on complex real estate development.
The Opportunity
* Advising on a broad range of high-value non-contentious construction matters
* Supporting major real estate transactions and large-scale development projects
* Working closely with recognised leaders in the construction and real estate space
* Collaborating within a high-performing and well-established team
* Exposure to sophisticated clients and premium quality instructions
Candidate Requirements
* 2-6 PQE UK-qualified solicitor
* Strong non-contentious construction experience gained within a recognised London or national law firm
* Experience acting on real estate-led construction matters
* Excellent drafting and technical skills
* Commercially minded with a collaborative approach
* Full UK working rights required

Working Pattern
* Hybrid working structure - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
