MyNewTerm is on a mission to digitise recruitment in education and
connect schools and candidates directly
. In a nutshell, we are a digital SaaS platform for candidates to apply online, via a fully compliant application process, while enabling schools & MATs to fully digitise their recruitment process. In just a couple of years, we've grown rapidly and today MyNewTerm connects tens of thousands of candidates (and counting) with schools every year. The role of Partnerships Manager:
You will be primarily responsible for winning new customers and growing our market share within the education sector. Sales opportunities will come from inbound enquires as well as self-generated from outbound activity and you'll take ownership of your own pipeline and manage the entire sales cycle.
The main responsibilities of the
Partnerships Manager
:
* Delivering online demonstrations to both influencers and decision-makers
* Building and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities by applying consistent sales processes and methodologies
* Maintain a high degree of product expertise as the platform evolves
* Collaborate closely with the operations, marketing and sales team to understand customer usage, opportunities, and risks
* Play an integral role in new market expansion as we grow nationally
* Represent the company at educational events
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experiences:
* Ability to create an unforgettable experience for the prospective customer by delivering exceptional online presentations
* Experienced at seeing through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
* Successful at selling to schools and MATs from a standing start
* A team player, yet competitive, with a winning mentality
* Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
* The role comes with a lot of freedom and requires someone who is driven, enthusiastic, upbeat, articulate and an effective communicator with the ability to demonstrate value to prospective customers
Desirable qualifying experiences (the nice-to-haves):
* 2+ years of successfully selling to the education sector
* Successful at managing complex, high-value sales cycles
* Strong understanding of working with multi-academy trusts
* A strategic and process-driven mindset that can identify gaps and set new processes and systems in place

Job location:
This role will be based at our office, which is situated at Wrest Park, Silsoe (MK45 4HR) with hybrid working up to 2-days available. Travel and overnight stays will be required when attending events.
Working pattern:
The role is offered on a full-time basis Monday to Friday
(no
weekends, yay). The role is all-year-round (52 weeks), however, term time only would be considered. If this is your preference, please make this clear in your application.
