1. £12.65 per hour
2. Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
3. 37 hours per week
4. McAllister House, Omagh
5. Holidays: 35 days pro rata
6. Duration: Temporary, ongoing
Duties include:
7. Telephony and administration duties.
8. Providing a high level of customer service and managing housing related queries through a variety of communication channels.
9. Passing information to the relevant internal and external teams.
10. Processing in and out post.
Criteria:
11. 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, to include Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications).
12. 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role with experience in administrative tasks and customer service experience.
13. Familiar with Microsoft Office, beginner IT proficiency.
14. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently, or as part of a team.
15. As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
