As a valued Support Worker with Thera Southwest, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will be working in Melksham in a shared supported living setting with three ladies who enjoy music, community outings, attending local clubs, and discos. Experience with behaviors that challenge and following a behavior support plan is preferred. Having a good sense of humor is essential. The ability to adapt quickly to meet the needs of each individual supported is crucial, offering a varied working week and opportunities to develop your skills for career progression.
You will work alongside other staff in a team environment, supporting people in their daily lives at home or out in the community. This role can be fun and rewarding but also challenging and demanding.
