Likely to suit a student studying finance or accounting or bookeeping or a recent graduate looking for part time work. An outgoing people-person skilled at dealing with practical issues, a person who starts and completes jobs and is capable of setting their own way and schedule of working in a busy yet fun filled coffee shop. The position requires someone 1 to 2 days per week or more depending on capabilities. Training and support given.
* Support bookkeeping procedures, predominantly VAT reconciliation and invoice capture via FreeAgent and coordinating with our outsourced accountants
* Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
* Make and serve coffee and food as and when required
* Work with staff on Social Media opportunities and website design
* Coordinating office/shop activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies and legal matters such as Health and Safety
* Work with team members to promote customer satisfaction
* Manage correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
* Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
