Job Responsibilities
* Review patients on admission, ensuring timely access to investigations and assessments.
* Undertake clinical competencies relevant to the nursing role.
* Support staff in managing challenging patients and situations.
* Handle sensitive communications with patients and relatives, especially in high-anxiety or aggressive scenarios.
* Convey difficult news with empathy regarding diagnoses and recovery prospects.
