Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, you will represent the company across the UK, focusing on the North West, providing technical solutions to new and existing customers. This role is field-based, consultative, and includes leadership of a team of 3+ sales professionals.
* Sell plastic product solutions across the UK.
* Maintain and update the customer CRM database.
* Provide solutions to customer challenges.
* Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
* Continuously enhance product knowledge.
* Build and maintain a network for early market insights.
* Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to define strategies and maximize revenue.
Your Experience
* Experience in Technical Sales or an Engineering background. This role offers a unique opportunity for engineers interested in transitioning into consultative sales.
* Experience in manufacturing industries is advantageous.
* Leadership experience is beneficial, as you will manage a team, but note this is also an individual sales role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Strong interpersonal skills to engage, present, persuade, and problem-solve.
* Goal-oriented with a drive for success.
