Role Description
As a Customer Account Manager, you will manage your own portfolio of customers, building trusted relationships, providing excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities to add value through relevant cross sell and up sell activity. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Success in this role looks like strong customer engagement, high renewal rates, accurate and well maintained CRM activity, and becoming a reliable, proactive point of contact for your customers.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
3+ years' experience in a similar sales and customer relationship role, preferably B2B
Experience in maintaining high retention rates
Experience in building excellent customer relationships
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients
Ability to upsell or cross-sell
Excellent analytical skills
Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience in using CRM systems
