We are looking for a full time QA Manager to join our Quality Assurance EMEA team.
Essential Job Duties:
1. Ensure the consistent implementation, use and review of SOPs
2. Escalate issues to management in a timely manner implementing appropriate solutions, including preventative actions
3. Negotiate with functional and operational internal stakeholders to improve quality and increase efficiencies
4. Analyse and interpret data in order to lead functional process improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies and effectiveness of Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance (RC&QA) processes
5. Lead and effectively manage constructive crucial interactions with clients or regulatory agencies
6. Lead functional process improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies and effectiveness of Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance (RC&QA) processes
7. Interpret applicable quality regulations/standards and create appropriate policies and procedures
8. Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance (RC&QA) management responsibilities, as indicated in applicable controlled documents, are followed
9. Perform other duties, as assigned by management
Minimum Required:
10. 8 years in regulatory environment (experience in GXP roles)
11. Experience & regulatory expertise of industry quality systems/standards
12. Ability to interpret applicable regulations/standards
13. Experience in leading process improvement initiatives
14. Ability to communicate and negotiate internal stakeholders effectively
Recommended Education:
15. A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences preferred (or equivalent Life Science experience)
16. Experience may be substituted for education.
