Residential Property ParalegalDo you have experience in Residential Property and are looking to join a top-tier Property team? If so, we have a great opportunity for you!An exciting position has become available for a Residential Property Paralegal to join a prestigious and fast growing law firm based in the City of London.The role:As part of their well-regarded Residential Property team, you will support a range of tasks and responsibilities, including:
* Leasehold and freehold sales and purchases.
* Managing all post-completion matters, including land registry applications and stamp duty submissions.
* Liaising with third-party lenders and estate agents.
* Conducting searches and pre-completion tasks.
* Handling registrations.
About YouThe successful candidate will have:
* A law degree or equivalent qualification
* A minimum of 6 months experience in residential property or conveyancing as a paralegal
* Familiarity with SDLT returns, lease renewals, deeds of variation, searches, and obtaining documentation from HM Land Registry
* Experience with pre- and post-completion matters
