An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated, Payroll professional to join our Payroll services team. The payroll Services Team provides an efficient Payroll and Pension service to various NHS Clients with a team of 78 staff.
We are unable to offer sponsorship to applications outside of the UK, for this position.
Main duties of the job
We provide an accurate and timely payroll using the ESR payroll system, to ensure we deliver our customer service to a high standard. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to undertake this challenging role. You must be able to manage a busy workload whilst functioning as part of a team in order to meet strict deadlines and customer KPI's. We are looking for ESR and NHS terms and conditions experience, with statutory Payroll knowledge. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and staff development skills, plus a high level of customer service skills.
