With several provisions requiring regular cover, successful applicants will have access to a variety of placements and the opportunity to develop experience across different settings. We are specifically looking for professionals who can quickly adapt, build positive relationships and contribute effectively from their first day in each placement. Responsibilities Supporting pupils with additional learning requirements. Assisting with classroom activities and lesson delivery. Encouraging participation and engagement. Providing pastoral and emotional support. Supporting behaviour management strategies. Promoting inclusion and independence. Working alongside teachers and support staff. Maintaining safeguarding and professional standards. What We're Looking For Previous experience within SEN, SEMH or specialist educational settings. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
