Senior Creative Producer
About Order+Chaos
Order+Chaos is a new creative agency working across culture, communications and experiences. We use Order+Chaos to push brands into making work that feels creatively original - from major brand activations to content and campaigns.
In our first year, we've delivered standout work for TikTok, Uber, Hinge, GAY TIMES, The Female Lead and Diet Coke - bringing a human-centred approach to everything we do.
We believe the best work lives at the edge of structure and spontaneity. That creative brilliance doesn't come from process alone, but from the people and possibility in the room. We're building an agency that's bold and unapologetically ambitious.
The Role
We're looking for a
Senior Creative Producer
to join us full-time and help build the engine behind our next chapter. This role is central to how we deliver: keeping us organised, efficient and creatively excellent as we take on bigger briefs and expand our team.
We are interested in speaking to people with different levels of seniority. From Senior Producer through to Production Director level.
You'll work closely with the founder to run our projects day-to-day - from pitch to pre-prod to post - ensuring every project is delivered with impact, clarity and care. You'll shape how we produce, support creative development, manage teams and suppliers, and be ultimately responsible for
making it happen
.
This role isn't just about logistics. It's about how the work gets made - how teams feel, how clients experience the process, and how we show up for each other under pressure. We care about the output
and
the journey. We're looking for someone who does too.
Your responsibilities will include:
Project Delivery
* Being ultimately responsible for
making it happen
— on time, on budget and to the highest standard
* Managing timelines, budgets, reconciliations and risk assessments across multiple projects
* Creating and maintaining production documents (call sheets, running orders, schedules)
* Leading day-to-day project comms with clients and collaborators
* Holding the creative vision through delivery – protecting what matters, flexing what doesn't
Process + Ops
* Setting up Drive folders, trackers and internal systems that keep us organised and scalable
* Supporting onboarding for new clients, collaborators and freelance teams
* Building and refining our internal tools, workflows and templates
* Suggesting ways to improve how we brief, scope, budget and wrap
Production + Budgeting
* Owning production planning for events, shoots and branded activations (Note: a lot of our projects are event based so experiential experience is important)
* Managing quotes, POs, reconciliations and invoice tracking
* Negotiating with suppliers and freelancers while protecting creative quality
* Keeping a close eye on scope creep, flagging risks and maintaining margins
Pitch + Proposal Support
* Working with the founder on project proposals and RFP responses
* Building out timelines, team structures and delivery approaches for pitch decks
* Helping shape case studies and wrap reports post-project
Culture + Craft
* Staying culturally attuned – understanding the context our work sits within
* Making sure our work is inclusive, thoughtful and culturally relevant
* Attending creative development sessions to help bridge idea and execution
* Championing attention to detail, operational care and a 'nothing's too small' mindset
You'll thrive in this role if you...
* Have 4+ years' experience in creative production or project management
* Are ruthlessly organised, calm under pressure, and hold yourself (and others) to high standards
* Understand how to make the work better
without
draining the energy from it
* Care about how people feel on a project - the team, the client, the audience
* Are happy in a fast-paced, evolving environment without layers of hierarchy
* Enjoy wearing multiple hats and having a tangible impact day to day
* Have a network of trusted freelancers, suppliers, and collaborators - and know who to call to get things done
* Want to help build something
A few things to know
* We're still growing – fast. There's no big machine here yet. You'll help shape how we work.
* Autonomy is a given. We trust people to own their part and ask for help when needed.
* We're building a core team who care about the work, each other and the world around us.
Chaos to Kindness
We believe in the power of creativity to shift culture - and in using that power to open doors. Through our
Chaos to Kindness
initiative, we support underrepresented creatives, platform emerging talent and create space for stories that rarely get told. You'll be part of a team that helps change who gets to make it.
