Client Services Coordinator (Administration)
Clinical Science and Services
We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Client Services Administration Co-Ordinator to join our unique and busy veterinary hospital.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in administrative roles, with excellent skills in general administration, Microsoft Office programs, and CRM systems. You will have a keen eye for detail and demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in tasks such as:
1. Managing and responding to client emails
2. Handling and processing client and patient information
3. Formatting and proof-reading discharge reports
4. Identifying and resolving discrepancies quickly and effectively
5. Liaising with colleagues across clinical, non-clinical, and other internal departments

10. Confidence in discussing sensitive topics with discretion and care
You will be a vital part of our team, helping ensure the smooth operation of client services and supporting our commitment to excellent patient care.
Normal working hours will be 21 hours per week, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday between the hours 8.30am to 4.30pm and 10am to 6pm, weekend cover as and when required in consultation with your line manager.
