Job Description:
My client is a multinational hospitality chain of leased and franchised hotels, homes, and living spaces. They are looking for a Partnership Manager to drive business into their Hotels.
Previous sales experience within hotel sales and dealing with local government clients would be beneficial.
* This role is responsible for driving demand to partner hotels through offline partnerships, including corporates, travel agents, and local sources such as hospitals, event spaces, and travel hubs.
* Identify appropriate offline partnerships at national and local levels, establish relations, and manage accounts.
* Drive sales through cold calling and meetings with potential clients, corporates, and organizations.
* Identify, onboard, and develop channel partners; conduct market research for new demand avenues.
* Manage the end-to-end sales process from qualifying clients to closing deals and account retention/expansion.
* Understand client requirements and tailor product pitches accordingly.
* Maintain monthly sales trackers and review targets.
* Provide market feedback regarding competition, pricing, and other factors.
* Focus on creating regional micro-markets to generate bookings into local hotels.
* Take ownership of offline demand targets and activities.
* Develop relationships with hotel owners and property managers.
* Understand demand channels and drive offline demand accordingly.
* Collaborate with product and finance teams to develop support systems and ensure accurate reporting and recovery.
We need you because you have:
* Experience with and a professional network in tour operators, travel agencies, and group demand providers.
* Previous experience in a hotel or wholesaler sales role is a plus.
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
* Structured, organized, and capable of working independently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
