Your Role
As an Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Leading Shift Managers and Crew members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Sustaining a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and fun
* Addressing customer complaints promptly and honestly
* Collaborating with the General Manager to drive store results and develop long-term plans
* Taking ownership of your P&L, driving sales while controlling costs
* Developing your team's skills to ensure a strong talent pipeline
