Job Title: Flight Support Agent
Vista Flight Support, a service provider within the Vista group— the world's leading on-demand charter operator— is seeking highly motivated Flight Support Agents to join our global team. Our clients have flown to over 1,900 airports across 96% of the world's countries, and we provide comprehensive flight planning and support services for an international fleet of over 360 aircraft.
Reporting to the Head of Vista Flight Support, you will collaborate with Vista’s operating partners across FAA and EASA regulatory environments, including VistaJet Limited, XOJET Aviation, Jet Edge, and others. Our flexible work arrangements include remote, hybrid, or office-based roles across multiple global locations following training.
As a Flight Support Agent, you will have opportunities for internal career progression within Vista, moving into specialized roles in flight planning, systems, or management. Your role will be dynamic, challenging, and integral to our operations.
Your Responsibilities
* Maintain and update Vista’s proprietary Operations system, Global View platform, ensuring seamless communication with partner teams.
* Arrange ground handling, airport slots, and fuel for all flights following established procedures.
* Coordinate with external providers such as handling agents, FBOs, fuel suppliers, and civil authorities regarding ground services and operational needs.
* Request overflight and landing permits as required.
* Submit flight, crew, and passenger information to customs and border agencies.
* Provide accurate flight status updates during planning, including times, fuel stops, and potential issues.
* Coordinate with Tactical Controllers on flight preparations and communicate discrepancies or non-standard procedures promptly.
* Ensure all operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and with client satisfaction in mind.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
* Deep knowledge of Business Aviation, particularly in Ground Operations, Flight Dispatch, or Flight Planning.
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and punctuality, even under pressure.
* Excellent English communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
