We are seeking an experienced and proactive Logistics Manager to take full responsibility for logistics operations, stock management, and supply chain coordination. This is a key role that requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee complete logistics management, including planning, forecasting, liaising with suppliers, warehouses, transport, and customs.
Monitor stock levels to ensure availability of products at all times.
Work with Marketing to agree sales forecasts and set purchase forecasts in line with manufacturing timescales.
Manage supplier and pre-wholesaler relationships to ensure value for money and excellent customer service.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on stock, sales, and supply chain performance.
Manage incoming logistics queries via the UK logistics mailbox.
Coordinate weekly SAP uploads and monthly rolling forecasts.
Collate and file delivery paperwork, including customs documentation, invoices, and certificates of analysis.
Liaise closely with Finance on stock quantities, claims, deliveries, and destructions.
Present monthly demand review updates to internal and corporate colleagues. What you'll need:

Proven track record in logistics and stock management.
Previous experience working with ERP systems (advantageous).
Strong reporting and analytical skills.
A self-starter with a ‘can-do’ approach and the ability to deliver results.
