Creative (Sport / Influencer / Creator Content)
Location: Central London
Salary: £55,000 per annum + Wellbeing Scheme
We are partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting up-and-coming creative agencies at the intersection of sport, talent, and digital culture. They're on a mission to redefine how brands show up in the creator economy — and they’re building a standout team to make it happen.
Right now, we’re looking for a MW Creative who can be at the heart of this journey: thinkers, makers, storytellers — obsessed with sport, tuned into the creator space, and ready to make work that stops people mid-scroll and gets talked about from Anfield to Selhurst Park, and everywhere in between.
This is your chance to shape creative that defines a generation of talent-led sport content. The work will be bold, fast, and unapologetically ambitious — crafted for major brands, elevated by talent, and designed to spark conversation.
The Role
This is a rare opportunity to help build a new kind of creative agency from the ground up — one built for how fans consume, creators create, and culture moves today.
As a Creative, you’ll:
* Concept and pitch high-impact ideas across sport, creators, and entertainment.
* Develop standout campaigns that merge talent and brand in fresh, culturally relevant ways.
* Bring creative thinking to life — from deck to delivery — alongside account teams and producers.
* Help cast the right mix of creators, athletes, and influencers to drive reach and authenticity.
* Work closely with senior clients and foster trusted creative relationships.
* Stay razor-sharp on sport culture, platform trends, and the shifting creator landscape.
You’ll be joining the agency in its early stages, meaning your fingerprints will be all over the work, the culture, and the creative legacy being built. Whether it’s a Champions League final night or a rainy Tuesday at Adams Park — you’ll be helping brands show up where fans are really paying attention.
What We’re Looking For
* A portfolio of culturally impactful work that’s made people take notice.
* Strong experience in talent-led creative, ideally in sport, entertainment, or youth culture.
* Deep knowledge of UK sport — especially football — and today’s creator economy.
* An instinct for ideas that move fast, go wide, and feel of the moment.
* The ability to work at pace, pitch with confidence, and collaborate across disciplines.
