Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00

Work Base: Office based with regular travel

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our brilliant service in Northampton as a Senior Intensive Housing Management Worker.

If you are self-motivated and enjoy a challenge where no two days are the same, then this role is for you!

The successful candidate will work in our accommodation-based services in Northampton, providing housing-related support to adults experiencing homelessness. Acting as a keyworker, they will encourage positive and healthy lifestyles while supporting individuals to develop skills for independent living. The role involves close collaboration with partners across the county, using a multi-agency approach to achieve positive outcomes.

As a Senior Intensive Housing Management Worker, responsibilities also include overseeing the housing aspect of the service, such as monitoring vacancies, completing health and safety checks, and encouraging residents to pay their service charge. A proactive, can-do attitude is essential, along with a willingness to go the extra mile and think creatively.

The role requires accurate use of internal IT systems to ensure all records and documentation are kept up to date. Strong decision-making skills are important, with a clear focus on supporting individuals to achieve their goals and create positive outcomes
