Your new role
As Group InternalAudit Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the internal auditstrategy across the organisation. Reporting into senior leadership, you willlead and manage a portfolio of audits across multiple business units, ensuringrobust risk management and compliance frameworks are in place.
Key responsibilitieswill include:
* Leading end-to-end internal audit assignments, from planning through to reporting and follow-up
* Identifying and assessing key business risks and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls
* Delivering insightful, value-adding recommendations to senior stakeholders
* Supporting the development and execution of the group-wide audit plan
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations, and senior management
* Contributing to continuous improvement of internal audit methodology and processes
What you'll need to succeed To be successful inthis role, you will:
* Be ACA / ACCA / CIA qualified (or equivalent)
* Have significant experiencewithin internal audit, either in practice or industry
* Possess strong knowledge of risk management, governance and control frameworks
* Demonstrate excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills
