Duties & Responsibilities
* Positioning the full Software solution portfolio
* Developing and managing a sales pipeline
* Securing net-new business and driving revenue growth from within the existing customer base.
* Achieve an annual sales target by converting as many opportunities into won business as possible.
* Engage with the appropriate internal resources to help manage the initial phases of post-sales support and ensure the implementation is set up accordingly.
Skills & Experience
* Experience of selling complex software solutions into multiple vertical markets
* Excellent track record of success in an individual contributor net new business role
* Experience of selling either customer experience, contact centre, CRM, digital transformation or similar sort of technology stack
* Experience of being part of numerous complex and consultative sales engagements
* Experience of working alongside or through partner organisations. Ability to influence indirectly through this partner community as well as directly with the customer and prospect base.
