A Secondary school located in Swindon is looking for a qualified English Teacher to join their team immediately. The daily pay rate for this role is between £150 - £200 depending on experience.
Located in the south part of Swindon this is a larger Secondary school and with that come some challenges but the new leadership has put a large emphasis on growing a positive learning environment. We need a confident, reliable educator to step in as a cover teacher for English lessons and help the pupils stay on track with their learning whilst their usual teacher is away. In this role you will be guiding KS3 and KS4 pupils through their English lessons and preparing them for their GCSE exams. Planning and Marking will not be a part of this role however the ability to build rapport with young people and establish authority without being heavy handed will be necessary.
Guiding students through the English language and literature curriculum will be your main priority in this role. If you are excited by the opportunity to inspire young minds and lead them through the world of literature, story telling and poetry this is the role for you!
