As Senior Sous Chef, this package has an OTE c£50,000 per annum Highlights of this role: Collaborate with the Head Chef in the development of the food offering, showcasing your exceptional culinary skills and creativity Manage a dedicated team of passionate professionals, fostering a collaborative and dynamic kitchen environment Assist in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the kitchen, ensuring optimal efficiency and profitability Input your creative flair with a deep understanding of culinary trends, with a particular focus on brunch/ all day dining/ afternoon tea/ bespoke events Preferred Requirements: Proven experience as a successful team leader, with a track record of managing and motivating kitchen staff Exceptional management skills, including a good understanding of cost control, labour management, and inventory management Proficient in using computer software for budgeting, reporting, rota's and online ordering Adept at handling high-pressure situations and delivering consistent, high-quality results and adhering to deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Extensive experience in a similar Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef role, ideally within a boutique hotel or high-end hospitality setting A strong background in all kitchen departments, showcasing your versatility and well-rounded culinary expertise Good financial acumen and a keen eye for business detail, with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions Flexible Workforce Solutions are acting as the recruitment agency for this role and not the direct employer.
