What to expect:
11. Ability to respond and resolve all assigned calls within prescribed SLA’s
12. Ability to take action and escalate any issues that cannot be resolved or are in danger of not meeting SLA’s
13. Liaise with Service Desk and client’s infrastructure teams for the resolution of customer issues
14. Ability to identify root cause issues from a desktop perspective and escalate to engineering teams accordingly, install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
15. Responsible for providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
16. Update Call Management System, clearly specifying progress and resolution details
17. Install and configure desktop/laptop products into network environment, along with monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
18. Ability to prioritise and manage many open cases at one time, and work continuously on a task until completion

19. Relevant experience working in an IT support role
20. Strong communication skills with clients, colleagues and management
21. You will take on full responsibility, with customers at your focus, and the ability to make good judgements
22. Ability to take initiative.
23. Time managed and organised, you can meet SLA’s that are prescribes and take appropriate action to ensure none of them are exceeded.
24. Ability to work as a team with colleagues, buildings strong relationships with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
25. Strong analytical capability, ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques
26. Excellent organisational, prioritising, and managing workload skills
27. Microsoft Windows operating systems
