Administration & Data Worker
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Location: Woburn Court, Cambridgeshire (office-based) - Bedford MK42
Hours: Job share – Wednesday & Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–4.30pm
Our client is seeking an Administration and Data Worker to support a Young People’s Substance Misuse Service. This is an office-based role within a partnership building, working independently while supporting an outreach-based team.
The Role
You will provide efficient administrative, data entry, data reporting and reception support. This role is vital to the smooth running and success of the service and will suit someone who is organised, confident, and passionate about supporting young people.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurate data entry and maintenance of client records
* Booking appointments and managing electronic diaries
* Producing and analysing data reports
* General administrative duties (correspondence, filing, minute taking, office systems)
* Managing reception duties, telephone and email enquiries
* Liaising with internal teams and external partners
* Supporting events, meetings and service promotion
About You
* Strong administrative and data management experience
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
* Sensitive, professional approach when dealing with service users
