We are looking for experienced Support Workers who are passionate about promoting independence and enabling people to live their best lives.
As a Support Worker, you will be working within residential, respite, community and supported living settings, supporting Adults facing challenges related to living with:
* Autism
* Learning and/or Physical Disabilities
* Mental Health and Behavioural difficulties
Shifts can be: Days, Nights and Sleeps to assist with 24 hour support.
Rates of pay start from £12.25 per hour* (plus additional holiday pay and bank holiday premiums)

About You

Supporting people to lead fulfilling lives in the community requires kindness patience and common sense. Support Worker applicants must also have
* a minimum of 12 months experience within Adult or Childrens support settings
* excellent written and verbal communication skills
* the ability to build rapport and establish strong therapeutic relationships
* experience of individual support planning
* Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* A right to work in the UK (We do not offer sponsorships)
