Initially, you will work within the paraplanning team, assist with client meetings, and learn from the Financial Planner. Over time, you will become the main point of contact and Financial Planner for your own group of clients, in line with your personal development plan.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, and at least 2 years of experience as a qualified Senior Paraplanner in a Financial Planning firm. You should be at least Diploma level qualified and eager to work towards Chartered and Certified Financial Planner statuses. A commitment to personal development is essential, and training programs are available to support your qualifications.
Purpose of Job:
To support Financial Planners in providing independent financial planning to private clients, ensuring excellent client service and assisting in managing client portfolios and delivering regulated advice.
