The Role As a SEND Lecturer, you will deliver tailored, high-quality teaching that supports learners in developing the skills they need for adulthood. Your focus will include Functional Skills, Life Skills, and Employability pathways, with all learning carefully aligned to EHCP targets and individual aspirations.
