Hire Controller – £25,000- £28,000 DOE • Permanent, Full Time
Location: St Helens
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Start: Immediate start
Note: Own transport is essential due to location.
Responsibilities
* Dealing with customer Hire enquiries & orders via telephone, face to face and by email.
* Checking availability of equipment and ensuring that equipment statuses are always up to date on the systems.
* Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
* Coordinating with the customer service and transport teams to ensure that the correct products are ready, arranging delivery to customer sites.
* Ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Communicating effectively with other colleagues and providing a helpful and friendly point of contact for depot enquiries.
Package / Benefits
