Your new role You will be joining a dynamic and collaborative team that advises clients onplex regulatorypliance and investigations. The team acts across the full lifecycle of regulatory risk, from preventativepliance frameworks to internal investigations and enforcement proceedings.
Your focus will include:
1. Advising on Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), Failure to Prevent Fraud (FTPF), Modern Slavery, and Health & Safetypliance frameworks.
2. Supporting clients through investigations, regulator engagement, and enforcement processes.
3. Drafting policies, conducting risk assessments, and managing disclosure requests.
4. Preparing clients and witnesses for interviews and hearings, and coordinating with technical experts.
You will also have the opportunity to work on multi-jurisdictional matters and gain exposure toplementary areas such as healthcare regulation, productpliance, digital regulation, and environmental litigation.
What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified Solicitor with demonstrable experience in regulatorypliance and investigations. Ideally, you will have experience advising on regulatory frameworks, managing internal investigations, and engaging with regulators. Exposure to ABC, FTPF, Modern Slavery, and Health & Safety is highly desirable, but candidates with broader regulatory experience will also be considered.
