Provide effective and efficient support to the Operational and Technical managers, MTL and Team Leader/s, including completion and submission of end-of-shift reports, root cause analysis, fault logging Identify the root cause of automation faults/breakdowns and prioritize corrective actions to meet operational processing objectives in association with team leaders, making full use of the relevant central support systems. Monitor and review day-to-day equipment performance and improve automation outputs in partnership with operations. Implement asset updates and modifications to ensure the correct configuration and reliability of automation assets, in a timely manner as directed by team leaders. Assist in the risk assessment process, and adhere to Engineering Safe Systems of Work, maintaining a safe working environment and tools for the job.
