The Opportunity. We are a growing specialist contractor delivering dry lining and internal partition packages across commercial and residential projects. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to take ownership of commercial performance across the business. This is a senior, hands-on role with real influence. You will lead the commercial function, protect and improve margins, and work closely with senior management to support strategic decision-making. You will also play a key role in developing and mentoring the surveying team as the business continues to expand. This role is ideally suited to an established Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager who enjoys responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape how a business operates.
