We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Excellence Manager to join our team in Bridge of Weir. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading quality initiatives and implementing best practices throughout the organisation. You will work closely with our Operations, Technical and Engineering departments to enhance product quality, optimise processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in a Quality Manager role or similar position.
* A strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
* Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to improve quality.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Experience in implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving processes.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in quality management is a plus.
