Randstad Student Support is actively seeking compassionate and highly skilled Specialist Mentors to join our team. This is a pivotal role within the organization, directly impacting student success.
Position description / Job description
* Provide individualized academic and well-being support to students.
* Assist students with time management, organization, and stress reduction.
* Build students' confidence and guide them towards independence.
* Maintain detailed student records and adhere to the DfE framework.
* Foster a supportive and confidential environment for students.
* Conduct both in-person and online support sessions.
* Collaborate with the Randstad Student Support team.
* Contribute to the overall success and well-being of students.
Requirements
We're looking for you, if:
* Registered with BACP, BPS, HCPC, NCPS, NMC, SWE, SCW, UMHAN, or COSCA.
* Demonstrated experience supporting students with mental health needs or disabilities.
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
* A commitment to student success and well-being.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (advantage).
