Chronos Energy are partnering with a mission-driven clean energy infrastructure scale-up seeking an exceptional Executive Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the front end of our business. As a core member of the executive team, you will be responsible for building and driving our sales pipeline, shaping an outstanding customer journey, and amplifying our presence in the market as we expand our portfolio of low-carbon infrastructure projects.
The Role
In this role, you will lead on sales strategy, key account engagement, customer onboarding, and the development of marketing and communications that resonate with clients, investors, and wider stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for growing our brand, strengthening visibility and trust, and ensuring our messaging reflects the urgency and impact of the energy transition. Leading a small but growing team, you will also oversee digital, content, and stakeholder engagement strategies to support long-term growth.

You should bring deep experience in sales leadership, brand development, and stakeholder communications, ideally within the infrastructure, energy, or sustainability sectors.
