Job Description

Are you passionate about sports or delivering excellent customer service? Do you enjoy building positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you'll be a vital part of the Entain family, ensuring top customer service and maintaining high standards daily. Working in our lively Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, no two days are alike, and you'll contribute to a team that wins together and prioritizes customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you'll serve customers and foster rapport to encourage repeat business. Are you ready to launch a rewarding career?

What you will do

1. Deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Promote safer gambling practices.
3. Take bets on various sports and events.
4. Process customer transactions, including cash handling.
5. Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers.
6. Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues effectively.
7. Achieve set targets and goals.
8. Maintain high standards within the shop.
9. Open or close the shop as required.

Working patterns

Our shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm, depending on location, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota will typically be 20 hours, comprising long opening and closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts, varying weekly. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the shop. We believe in a healthy work-life balance and will provide your rota at least four weeks in advance.

Qualifications

* You must be 18 or older to work in our betting shops.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
* Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
