We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join a large, friendly and inclusive team based in Grantham.
The purpose of the Customer Service Administrator role is to support the customer service and compliance Manager in ensuring that the company’s products fulfil customer expectations, and that all technical information needed is available internally and externally.
Duties for Customer Service Administrator include:
* Generating quotes, Purchase & Sales Orders
* Setting up new customer contracts, maintaining existing customer records
* Understanding and deliver customer enquiries, requests, and expectations.
* Communication via emails, telephone
* Organise & manage bookings via internal systems.
* Work collaboratively with all departments and sites.
* Collect and capture accurate information to populate management information systems.
* Data Entry on online portals
* Assisting with registering new customers and maintaining our database
In addition you will need to able to effectively organise and prioritise your workload and communicate within the business and with customers. There will be a high level of data gathered and you will need to have the experience to be able to handle this.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm.
