Accounts Payable Supervisor

We're recruiting an Accounts Payable Supervisor for a dynamic UK company. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced finance team.
The Role
1. Lead and develop the AP team daily
2. Ensure accurate, timely invoice processing and supplier payments
3. Manage month-end/year-end AP close and aged creditor reconciliations
4. Maintain supplier records and reconcile statements
5. Support audits, ensure compliance and controls
6. Manage employee credit cards, cashflow, rebates, and supplier spend
7. Resolve queries efficiently and professionally
You
8. Proven AP experience in a multi-entity or group environment
9. Team leadership experience
10. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
11. Confident managing deadlines and engaging stakeholders
