We are looking for a motivated and ambitious person to join the central finance team of our Multi Academy Trust. Managing school finance relies on strong understanding of schools and full knowledge of its income and costs. Now imagine supporting school finance across 27 primary schools!
Transform Trust is a Multi Academy Trust with over 8995 children in 27 Primary Schools covering Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, Derby and Derbyshire. We support school leadership in maximising the available resource for the benefit of Transform children. Working as part of the central finance team, you will support the Director of Finance in delivering business partnering services to schools. As a Trust we have further ambition to grow, and we expect this of our people too.

In addition, you will be an ambassador for the Trust and must have a customer‑facing approach in your interactions with our schools.
Essential skills required for the role:
* Finance graduate/Part Qualified Accountant or AAT Qualification Level 3 minimum
* Experience of acting in a business partnering capacity.
* Highly competent on MS Office products - e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word
* In depth knowledge of computerized financial systems.
* Customer service ethos - Trust schools are our customers.
