Key Responsibilities
* Implement and support reliability‑centred and predictive maintenance strategies to enhance asset performance.
* Analyse maintenance and performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Conduct root cause and failure mode analyses to prevent repeat failures.
* Develop, monitor, and improve reliability KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
* Support and coach maintenance and operations teams on reliability best practices.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Reliability Engineer position will possess:
* Proven experience in maintenance or reliability engineering.
* Level 3 Mechanical Engineering
* Level 3 Electrical Installation (18th edition is desirable)
* Compex (desirable)
* Knowledge of reliability engineering tools (RCM, RCA, FMEA, Weibull, etc)
* A strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication skills to influence site teams effectively.
