About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee daily operations across the bar, gaming, and customer service areas. Your goal is to ensure smooth shifts and provide a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and staff. You’ll lead from the front by supporting the team, managing compliance and security requirements, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations across bar and gaming areas
Ensure responsible service of alcohol and gaming compliance at all times
Lead, mentor, and motivate front-line staff to deliver outstanding customer service
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution with professionalism
Monitor and maintain venue presentation, safety, and security standards
Assist with rostering, stock control, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliations
Support senior management with compliance, audits, and reporting requirements
Foster a positive and engaged team culture
About You:
Previous experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory role within hospitality, preferably with gaming
Strong understanding of RSA and RCG requirements (must hold current RSA & RCG certificates)
Proven leadership skills and a hands-on approach
Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant venue
