Due to the launch of our stunning luxurious new store concept, we have a brand-new position in our Showroom for a Customer Experience Host. You will support the Sales Consultants and the wider store team to ensure all clients receive an exceptional and memorable experience. This is a hands-on role involving a variety of tasks, including spending a lot of time on the shop floor and carrying out administrative duties in the back office.
You will use your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients from the moment they enter our stores, creating a personal and luxury experience that exceeds expectations.
