At KBR, We Deliver.**Civil & Structural Engineering Graduate Scheme – KBR, Leatherhead**KBR’s Integrated Solutions International (ISI) team is seeking ambitious and talented **Graduate Civil and Structural Engineers** to join our elite engineering group. As part of KBR’s **Sustainable Technology Solutions** business, ISI delivers digitally enabled services across **Design & Engineering**, **Project & Programme Management**, **Procurement & Supply Chain Integration**, and **Consultancy**. Our work spans the energy and industrial sectors, including **Oil & Gas**, **Chemical**, **Petrochemical**, **Refining**, and **Energy Transition**.**What You’ll Be Working On**As part of KBR’s global engineering capability, the **Civil and Structural Group** plays a vital role in designing and delivering complex infrastructure across a wide range of sectors.Our team is responsible for the **study, design, and specification** of both **onshore and offshore** structures and systems, including:* **Buildings and structural frameworks*** **Transportation infrastructure** – roads, railways, airports, and seaports* **Bridges and tunnels*** **Drainage and underground utilities*** **Wastewater collection and treatment systems*** **Underground gravity drainage systems*** **Geotechnical design*** **General civil and structural engineering works**We work on projects that shape the future of energy and infrastructure, combining technical excellence with sustainable design principles.The Civil and Structural Group contributes to major projects around the world, supporting KBR’s reputation for **engineering excellence** and **innovative solutions**. Our work is integral to the success of energy, industrial, and infrastructure developments across diverse geographies.**Your Role and Development**Based at our **Leatherhead, Surrey** office, you’ll be part of a dynamic electrical engineering team, working on projects at various stages—from concept development to detailed design, construction, and commissioning.Key aspects of the scheme include:* **Hands-on design experience** across multiple project phases* **Structured rotations** to broaden your technical and professional skills* **Opportunities for international placements** in locations such as **Baku** and **Chennai*** **Site-based rotations** to deepen your practical understanding and enhance your engineering capabilitiesYou’ll be joining a diverse team that includes apprentices, graduates, principal engineers, and experienced designers—offering a collaborative environment for learning and growth.At KBR we love to teach and support new professionals. You will be given the latest training and tools needed to further your skills and become a key member of our thriving team. The graduate programme is IET accredited, and our established mentor system will help support and advise you on your journey towards chartership.The 2-year scheme would give you experience of a myriad of projects as you would rotate across clients.
