Role Overview: We are seeking a Portfolio Support Manager to lead the transformation of our Portfolio Management Group, shaping a five-year strategic roadmap and driving business planning excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain the five-year business roadmap aligned with MBNL’s strategic goals.
* Track portfolio performance, provide insights, and support prioritisation.
* Facilitate corporate performance reviews, ensuring alignment with programme deliverables.
* Lead transformation initiatives, championing best practices in project governance.
* Oversee the Front Door Process and quarterly planning cycle for portfolio changes.
Candidate Requirements:
* Project Management expertise (Prince2, Agile, PPM certification preferred).
* Strong experience in Roadmap planning & Demand Management.
* Extensive experience in PMO leadership & project financial management.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Strategic thinker comfortable in complex environments.
