An excellent opportunity has become available with our client for a Business Development Manager based in Cardiff.

The Role
Building strong relationships with clients is at the heart of everything the company does, starting from the very first interaction. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in converting prospective clients into new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound enquiries and potential sales opportunities
* Identify and pursue new business prospects through proactive lead generation
* Arrange and lead sales meetings to understand prospective client requirements
* Deliver product or service demonstrations to potential clients via online video calls
* Send follow-up information after demonstrations and manage opportunities through to win or loss
* Proactively approach new prospects and develop relationships
* Handle and respond to all prospect enquiries
* Convert marketing-generated leads into new business
* Previous experience in a sales or business development role
* Strong ability to build relationships both remotely and face-to-face
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organised with strong self-motivation
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
* Confident and professional manner on the phone and during video calls
* Experience selling services or solutions rather than physical products
* Exposure to sales within financial services, technology or software sectors (beneficial but not essential)
Package
* Basic salary around £40,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
* Uncapped bonus / commission structure
* Excellent benefits package
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
