The Role As a Temporary Management Accountant, you will play a key part in the finance function, providing accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and support for business decision-making. You will work across budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting, helping the business to optimise financial performance and support strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Prepare management accounts, monthly reporting packs, and variance analysis. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Analyse cost structures, profitability, and operational performance. Provide financial insight to inform business decisions. Assist with internal and external reporting as required. Skills & Experience Fully qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant. Strong experience in management accounting, ideally within a commercial or industrial environment. Proficient in Excel and accounting software; ERP or MRP experience is a plus. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
